If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (855) 825-8222 as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited shipping option.
Orders will ship out within 24-48hrs of receipt of order (Monday thru Friday).
Orders with Next Day Shipping must be placed by 2pm EST in order to guarantee next day delivery.
Saturdays are not regular scheduled shipping days. If you need your order shipped via overnight, please contact Customer Service once your order is placed to arrange for Saturday delivery.
Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery once your order is placed.

HALO is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
